Topbox is a Canadian monthly beauty subscription service. Each month you have the option of getting a surprise box or to swap it for a prive box where all the products are from one brand and you know what they are. This month I opted for the Dr. Roebuck’s Prive Box! It came with 3 items.
I did receive a Dr.Roebuck’s product in my Topbox back in October 2016 and I was really inspired by the story behind this brand. See that post here. When I saw that Topbox was offering a Prive Box to introduce subscribers to more of their products I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to truly give this brand a try. You can actually find this at Shopper’s Drug Mart which is awesome should I like the brand.
Dr. Roebuck’s FACE

This is an everyday skincare remedy that rehydrates the skin and reduces wrinkles. You apply this moisturizer twice daily. I’m always into trying a new skincare and this one sounds to be simple and effective.
Dr. Roebuck’s PURE
Full Size: $54.95 (100mL), Sample Size: $10.99 (20mL)
This is described as an ultimate hydrator with a few ingredients that will enhance the effects of any serum. It’s been clinically tested for sensitive skin and will calm, nourish and repair. I’m really excited to give this a try.
Dr. Roebuck’s POLISH
Full Size: $39.95 (100mL), Sample Size: $7.99 (20mL)
This sounds to be an interesting facial scrub and is part of the reason why I wanted to pick this Prive box. You use this 2-3 a week and the Kaolin in this scrub is meant to draw out impurities and toxins from the skin and clear it away. It also has Jojoba beads which feel really soft and it leaves a really nice moisturising feeling after use.
My Thoughts
I love Topbox’s Prive Boxes. It’s something that not many other beauty subscription boxes provide. The ability to wish for a Prive box of products and brands that you want to try is always a good change from the surprise boxes once in a while. I really can’t wait to give these products a try and see how well they work for me and together. Total Value of my box: $28.83

I received a few of the Dr. Roebuck’s skincare to try from Shoppers. Looks like a really nice line. And your sample sizes are so generous! 20ml tubes will last you a while.

I’ve never heard of this brand before – I read your previous review and it sounds really interesting! I suffer from eczema too so I’m always very cautious about what I use on my skin. Definitely going to keep an eye out for this brand in Shoppers!

I really hope that it helps with dry skin. I’ve been using it theast few nights and it’s been great so far. Hopefully the results are long lasting.
