Ofra Cosmetics Rodeo Drive Highlighter

This is one super pigmented golden highlighter! When I did my swatch below I used very little product and I got such intense highlight. I can imagine this being super pretty with a tan. I remember receiving Ofra Cosmetics in other subscription boxes (I think it was lip glosses) which were good so I’m excited to give this a try.
PUR Blend Squad: 3 Piece Contour Blending Sponges
Retail Price: $36.00 USD
These sponges are about the same size as the beauty blender when dry, so I hope when damp they will expand a bit and be just as bouncy. They feel like they will be good for foundation and concealer and what I love the most about these sponges is the design.
It has a rounded bottom that will be great for foundation but it also has a slanted flat side which I use for concealer.
Measurable Difference Concealer Palette
Retail Price: $19.99 USD
This palette has 16 concealer shades to work with any skin tone. It’s creamy and blendable.
I didn’t open mine because I will actually be giving this to my sister who will probably use more colours to highlight and contour as well as conceal. I really love the concept of this which is why I’d rather give it to someone who is likely to use more of the colours.
Allegory Story Lip Gloss in Plato’s Cave
Retail Price: $15.00 USD
This has such a yummy vanilla scent! It’s not super strong but the moment I opened the package I could smell it and was instantly in love. It’s a pretty pigmented gloss too! I love the mocha colour.
Project Beauty Hairgurt Smoothing Shampoo
Retail Price: $10.00 USD
I was super excited to see this in my box after I read it was to help tame unruly, frizzy, dry hair! That’s me! haha! It has yogurt, prebiotics, quinoa, 6 botanical oils and bio-keratin and it smells delicious. Just like strawberry banana!

My Thoughts
What an awesome box this month! The stand out items for me are the PUR sponges and the Project Beauty shampoo! In February I said that after my first three months of receiving Boxycharm I would decide whether to continue with this subscription. I’ve been really happy with them so I’m definitely going to continue my subscription. Total Value of my box: $115.99 USD ($154.59 CAD).

That highlighter is intense! You need only a little bit to get such a strong highlight. I love that it’s this golden colour that I can wear for the summer.
My sister and I share makeup all the time, we usually pass along items we know the other would want 🙂

I was really happy with this box for sure! Even with me giving away the concealer palette to my sister I’m still really happy with everything else!
I’m pretty much going nuts on that highlighter when the weather is warmer – maybe put it all over my body too!

That Ofra highlight looks gorgeous, I really want to try some more bits from OFRA, I love their liquid lipsticks but haven’t managed to try anything else yet!

The highlighter is pretty intense! It gives such a gorgeous golden glow. I haven’t tried too much from them either, I’ve just been lucky to get a few of their items in my boxes.
I hadn’t heard of Allegory Story either until this box! That’s why I love subscription boxes, always seeing new brands!

I am loving everything but , the shampoo, I also was super excited to try it to see how it would tame my frizzies, but once I put on my hair it started smelling almost like vomit 🤢 I don’t know why, it smelled so good in the bottle.
