Topbox is a Canadian monthly beauty subscription service. Each month you have the option of getting a surprise box or to swap it for a prive box where all the products are from one brand and you know what they are. This month I opted for a surprise box!
I keep hoping that they’ll have a prive box with items I want because I really love those more than the surprise boxes. Here’s hoping they have few good options for February.

I’ve never heard of Cougar Cosmetics before but they are a beauty brand out of the UK! That’s exciting! They have skincare, makeup and haircare items. The price is high for this because of the conversion rate from GBP to CAD, so I’m happy I have it in my Topbox to test.
This lip plumper mimic’s hyaluronic acid injection by doubling its synthesis level but also stimulates the synthesis of matrix and dermal-epidermal junction molecules. (www.cougarbeautyproducts.com)
The reviews on the website are pretty great so I’m looking forward to this plumping up my lips. I like that it’s clear and it has a gloss-like consistency. My only drawback is that it smells like Vick’s Vaporub 
Glamglow Waterburst™ Hydrated Glow Moisturizer

YESS!!!! Topbox bringing in the Glamglow samples! I love that this is the waterburst moisturizer, I can’t have too many hydrating products so I’m excited about this.
It has a light and creamy texture that feels like water melting into the skin. I’m also loving the gummy candy scent.
Nioxin Instant Fullness Dry Cleanser
Full Size Price: $25.99 (4.22oz), Sample Price: $9.36 (1.52oz)
Ask me two years ago and I would have told you that I stay as far as possible from anything that claims to be volumizing.
Today, however, I’m all about fullness. I’m looking forward to testing this out and determining how I feel about it.

I’ve never heard of Topbox before, but I do Ipsy and in the past I received a Cougar matte lipstick which I absolutely loved and this latest month I received the Cake Beauty Heavy Cream. Don’t get me wrong, I love Cake products, but this one was just WAY TOO THICK for me and really difficult to get out of the tube, but I do enjoy the scent. I think it’s best to just use on the hands cuz it was really hard to spread on other parts of the my body.

I love the cake heavy cream because it’s perfect for my hands, mine is super dry! They also have a nice body cream that is a bit lighter in consistency.

I kind of hate the name “Courgar Cosmetics” – tacky, ugh!
I had a tube of that Cake Beauty Heavy Cream – it’s great but man, is it THICK. I could barely squeeze it out of the tube.

I personally love the delectable creams from Cake but this one is so needed right now because my hands are awful! This winter hasn’t been good for my skin.

I haven’t tried mine yet but I enjoy moisturizers like that. I hope it is as good as it claims to be.

Sounds like you’re impressed with this month’s items and I can see why! The Glamglow moisturiser has funky packaging and the scent must be delicious! Is the lip plumper meant to tingle like other lip plumpers?

I’m pretty happy with this month. Topbox can be Ok at times so when I saw these items I was impressed!
I enjoy the smell of the glamglow moisturizer. I like getting these samples because the products are always so expensive.
I haven’t personally tried the lip plumper yet but the reviews online mention it tingles. Someone said it’s a “nice tingle”so hopefully that means it doesn’t burn.
