I have loved these past two months. I moved last year and this was the first year decorating and enjoying my new balcony which I got so much use out of. I enjoyed being able to have coffee or read outside. This summer was super hot and pretty rainy although we did get a few nicer days in there that I took full advantage of. I also was able to meet up with friends, go on walks and patios which was really fun. I’ve been steadily using up products that I had reviewed some time ago and that has been great. I am looking forward to bringing out some new skincare for Fall.

Here are the products I was able to use up in the last two months;

Marcelle Ultra Gentle Cleansing Gel. This is such a great everyday cleanser that’s very gentle but also super effective. This was part of my post on my simple and quick morning routine which you can read here. A good cleanser for me is super effective at removing my makeup without being irritating or leaving residue and this does that. While I have a lot of cleansers to go through I would definitely repurchase this and highly recommend it!

First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads. See review here. I loved using these pads whenever I want to do a deep cleanse. I would use them after cleanser and before my serums. I liken it to pre-soaked toner. The pads are soft on my skin and did a good job of picking up any left over residue and adding some good skincare ingredients. I would repurchase this product.

Indeed Labs Hydraluron Moisture Serum. See review here. This is a great hydrating serum with hyaluronic acid. I love using this together with my moisturizer to hydrate my skin. While I really did like this product and feel like it did do what is what meant to I really don’t have a place for this in my skincare routine. I prefer my serums to target fine lines and anti-aging and while adding extra hydration is nice I honestly have lots of moisturizers for that. I don’t think I’ll repurchase this product.

Sunday Riley C.E.O. 15% Vitamin C Brightening Serum. This deluxe sample came with my Sephora order. I got about 4-5 uses but I really like the texture of the product. I’ve been wanting to get more Vitamin C in my routine so I’m going to purchase the full size.

Lancome Genefique Yeux Youth Activating Smoothing Eye Serum. Another little sample I think I got from Sephora. For the most part I don’t have too many eye creams and don’t personally use them very often but every once in a while I’ll find a sample like this and use it up. The texture is very smooth and light and perfect for the delicate eye area. I got about three uses out of this so I didn’t see a big difference but I would probably not purchase the large size anyways.

Sugar Lip Serum and Sugar Rose Tinted Lip Treatment and EOS Lip Balm. All of these lip items are unfortunately half used but have been open for over two years so I decided I would toss them out. I’m not a huge fan of EOS lip balms so I’m not so sad to part with it, however, I really do love the Sugar lip products. I think they have been featured on the blog before either in reviews or when I did project pans way back when. With cooler weather along the horizon, I figured it made sense to just use a new product rather than use the old.

There you have it. All the products I used up over the July and August months. I’m happy to see some skincare here as I like to keep a rotation of products and I’m also happy to clear out products I’m not using anymore.
